Scheduling an Intake?

We (Alliance MDs) help physicians schedule intake appointments (among other things).

If this sounds applicable to you (e.g. you have been asked to call a physician's office between 11AM and 1PM, Monday to Thursday), you can also schedule online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the following form (as an alternative to calling).

Sorry about needing to ask you to jump through some hoops. We need to make sure patients schedule only with the physician they were referred to.
